As a seller who have a few hundred of item listed, I find it very annoying and irritated that I can not view my own listing that I just sold recently. Everytime I try to click my own listing that I just sold, it would open a page stating "The selected item is no longer available.", and show someone else item that is similar to it. I have no option to even view my own item. I have buyer who had a question about the item right after they purchase the item. However I can't even view my own item to clarify the question they have. Is this the new normal or just a temporary glitch? Anyone have any idea how to view your own item that you just sold?

Yes: look very closely at the opening of that first sentence, and you should see that "item" (If I remember right) is actually a link to your completed listing. It's a recent new annoyance they have introduced.
I wish that was the answer, however there isn't anything to click. The "item" in that sentence is not clickable. Nothing is clickable in that whole sentence. I can't view my items at all. Why does ebay think they know so much when all they are doing is screwing up everything.
@Anonymous
Can you help us out here?
last night I was having issues with trying to display sold items but my item didn't relate to the Product catalog so I had a Blue bar with the word listing I was able to click & see the sold item I had been looking for
But this OP and many other posters who are looking for the sold items from the Product catalog can't get to the sold items .
I can go to this OP's sold page & see everything they sold today June 1st but when I click on their sold item you can't get to it .
It displays the OP's screen shot with no place to click
How does a seller even see their own sold items?
How do we get to a completed item from the product catalog?
Mine for china was different & clickable shown below
Hi @labs118, when I am looking at the Sold item section of the OP's account (My eBay > Selling > Sold) and I select one of the sold items, I am taken to the listing page for that item/seller. It may help me see the issue that is being experienced if I knew exactly what steps a seller is taking to see their item when they run into problems.
@sai83her, can you tell me how you are navigating to see your sold items? If you can give me a step-by-step breakdown, I can investigate this for you more fully

Click away.
Is this an intentional change or not?

Has anyone tried clicking on 'order details' under 'more actions' in either their sold items or their purchased items?

@Anonymous
When I look at OP's sold items linked below and try to display their 1st sold item or any sold item it doesn't bring up that item
It brings other active catalog items with no way to get to the sold item listings.

OP's sold item
When you click their sold listing you get Active items like this
The 2nd type of sold item issues appears to be for non catalog items
Display Johann haviland blue garland look at sold, click 1st sold item and I get this
On this the blue word lisitng is clickable and brings you to the sold item you tried to display

Okay, let me offer a few specifics that (might) help to clarify this mess.
In the list returned by @sandmansales' link posted above, the first three are giving me normal results, taking me to the completed listing itself, such as this one:
However, the fourth entry under the listing title of "Colorful iPhone 6 Case W/ Pop Socket" is one example where things go off the rails. If you click on that link:
...you're dumped into a listing of a supposedly similar new item (it isn't) instead, with no way to access the completed auction. (The fallback link line that we have been seeing in some cases, with the "listing" word taking you to the completed listing, does not appear at all.) There is no apparent access to the completed listing anymore.
My theory is that if the system thinks it can find current matches using the completed title, it will redirect the user from the completed listing to a bunch of new ones, regardless of the fact that the user specifically wants to access the old listing. If the completed title is long and specific enough to prevent finding new matches, the user is allowed to go to his intended destination instead.

This is just yet another HORRIBLE 'upgrade" that ebay put out. How ridiculous. It adds extra clicking. I have NO desire to see the item that ebay "thinks" I want to see instead of the "sold" item. I clicked on that item to SEE THAT ITEM whether it's available or not. Usually there's a reason I am clicking on it. How frustrating and what a time waster. If I want to see "similar available items" I will search myself and find them. Not ebay's RIDICULOUS recomendation, over the unavailable item I clicked to see!

Okay, so I go to my saved seller list. I click on one of my fave sellers. Click on their feedback for items sold with FB. Click on View Item. WELL...fave seller item doesn't even come up but another seller's item comes up which has absolutely NO relation to what my saved seller sold.: A tank top with a built in bra. What ebay shows me is this football jersey type thing that no way is even close to ebay message "item no longer available (rather than saying fave seller item Sold), check out similar item we found for you."

And that blue bar line upper left where the word "listing" within the sentence is, it should be highlighted in black or day-glo 'cause if I hadn't been reading these threads, I would never have found it.

This has to be a planned change. No glitch could be this sophisticated including the new blue banner stating the item is no longer available and the URL embedded in the word 'listing.' Glitches don't create links and new verbiage.
And now when the click takes you to the new catalog layout, they've removed the 'listing' link leaving it impossible to see the sold listings.
Talk about deceptive click bait. A desperate attempt to divert clicks into sales while destroying a valuable research tool and angering both buyers and sellers in one fell swoop.
After a month hiatus I was finally thinking about sourcing some tablets. I just went into solds on iPad Pro 2nd gens and the same nonsense is popping up. I can't view sold listings.
As it is, there is no way I can price my goods without knowing the current price trends on ebay. And if I can't price goods, I can't sell and I certainly won't buy. This is one change that is REALLY going to hurt a lot of people on both sides of the customer base.
It was a good albeit nightmare of a run. ebay is sucking the life out of it's own air and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. JD was a lot of things, but DW, this guy is 10 times worse.
