"Reply with offer" no longer an option in message center.

Once again, the idiots at eBay have made a new change to the detriment of all users. When someone messages me about a specific item, there is no longer an option to "Reply with offer".  Great idea, morons!  Let's make it harder to sell stuff on your website.

I still have it available if the item/buyer qualify.  It is in the upper right corner of the message area---out from the item photo/title in question.

If you are looking for offers, why not turn the feature on? The two listings I looked at don't show Or Best Offer.

Here is a screen shot of the new Message flow taken 5 minutes ago, and the Reply with offer can be found in the upper right hand corner of the page if it is applicable to the listing in question.
