"Mark as answered" option gone?

I have about a half-dozen listings which are marked with "respond to questions" in the seller "manage active listings" view. There used to be an option where you could mark a question as answered, and I'm no longer seeing it. Where did it vanish to?

These aren't actually buyer questions, since I always answer those quickly. They are responses to my replies -- literally short bits like "thanks for the reply."

I just noticed this as well. It is driving me crazy. Makes it seem like I don't answer messages even though I have. Most responses are just people thanking me for something. I can't keep replying to those as it is annoying to buyers and creates an endless cycle of items with questions if they reply again.

Go to the overview and on the Listings tab, just click the 'with questions' and then the dropdown will let you mark as answered as usual

That's what's missing. The dropdown tab is no longer there for some. It just shows answer question.

I love selling on eBay but I hate how they keep removing tools from sellers! I replied with an offer. But I have faulsly unanswered questions all of the time. The option to mark questions is just gone. I had found a work around about a week ago from the listing but cannot do anything but message the buyer again.

I just figured this out, ugh, You just need to resize the Actions Column.

Ok that worked as stated above, thanks @open_box_electrical !  For anyone who needs it, here is what you need to do to make the "mark as answered" show up. For PC I widened the column by pulling the line over, then it shows the drop down arrow next to the item with a "pending" question and "mark as answered" shows up there. It was making me crazy too!! Glad to get it cleaned up.

I saw the title of this post and was going to post this as an answer before reading and seeing you already figured it out.

Not sure what happened but about a week ago the down arrow was hidden. Don't know if eBay changed font size maybe, or if they adjusted the column width.

One way or another the info no longer fit in the displayed column so you have to drag the line to the right and expand column width to access actions when the default action is long in character length.

I had to expand the column at the top, like Excel, to make the drop down arrow appear, then I could click "mark as answered."
