Can anyone tell me how to get promoted listing or how to do it?thank you

Don't do it.  Given what you have listed, you are wasting your time and money.  Promoted listings are used mostly for sellers who sell more expensive, "preferred" items.  Putting a promoted listing on coconut items is only putting money in ebay's pocket...not yours.

I really hate this......I don't know if you don't know what you are doing and making honest mistakes or if the listings are some kind of game........

you show shipping from Sri Lanka @69+ AND you show Local pickup in the US............how is anyone going to pick it up in the US? 

It's supposed to be a "fisherman".......tho no indication of fishing......other like figurines have a pole with a fish on it....  No  size given.........

IF you intend on selling on ebay.........you need to attend seller school and learn how to do it before you screw up your account and get suspended or thrown off............

The two items you have listed isn't worth promoting.

Do away with auctions and list as a fixed price.

A lot of these sellers from SL need to take a business course as well.  Their listings make no sense and in the end they're losing money.  Hopefully the seller school provides something similar with the courses they are offering. This one is just spinning his wheels at his expense none the less.  Too bad.

the fee you pay for it is exorbitant imo. maybe for a very expensive item you know that can sell, you could afford it. it's one of the ways in which ebay has become increasingly scumming an scammy, along with its lack of seller protection, its snitching with the irs for, afterall, things that are completely private property, and other unsavory things about it.
