devastating, all those foreign proxy wars, aid, dei programs, etc do not
fund themselves, they require increased taxes...
i've been a victim of this. the guy asked for a discount, i said i don't
know how to do discounts(which is true, i never learned), then he never
bothered me again. probably on to the next mark
ebay does not remove non buyers(they used to, until they removed that
disclaimer), now they just give you the option to screen non payers. imo
there should be a way to screen non payers with just one non payment.
