Hello everyone. A while back things were so slow that I was about to quit e-bay altogether. I went to e-bays online "help & contact". They reset my acct. and things picked up a bit. Now that this is happening to me again I can't seem to find my way back to their online help & contact. thanks........
At least one eBay board rep has confirmed on the boards that there is no such thing as resetting your account and that any increase in business after being told that it was done is just coincidence. Right now there are many people who are experiencing slow sales…it isn’t related to your account in particular.

I can get to "help & contact" ok but it goes in a big circle with no way to get to the actual online contact. Once before the contact "reset" my acct. for me.....Is there any way that I can do that??

Ahhhh no such animal as a reset button for eBay accounts. Are you running slow? Are you freezing up? You have to be more specific of what happened.
