Does EBAY ever advise when there is a glitch with something? Contacting is a waste of time. They are clueless about anything going on. Problems never get fixed. Dealing with 2 now for awhile. Can't leave feedback when a buyer buys multiple items. I have to go to a separate link and list each one individually. Really? Now promo offers not being updated. It's shown the same auctions remaining and I've been listing for 2 days. Guess I'll know I've listed what I can when they start charging! Come on EBAY, is it too hard to keep buyers aware of problems, and then fix them???

No, eBay rarely advise about glitches unless we report them and Yell Loud.
TBH if they had no glitches I would start to wonder if I was on the right site LOL

glitches come and go in the seller hub
I can no longer use the "end a lsiting" function under the shorcuts.it goes to the kid in the raincoat
for 18 months I was unable to ammend an invoice with chrome
different parts of seller hub will not work for various sellers and its been that way for years
last year the combine invoice feature did not work either
once an issue has been reported to ebay they no longer want to talk about it
thats because it gets ignored.if it only affects a few thousand sellers than its not worth fixing compared to a million users

On a few occasions an eBay employee will post in a thread about an issue and say eBay is aware and are working on it. But generally speaking, eBay does not seem to announce or acknowledge problems.

If eBay is like any other software house, customer support does not fix problems and has no power to dictate what gets fixed or when.

eBay's IT team sucks...bottom line. Either that or they just don't give a **bleep** anymore. Probably a combo of both. I've contacted them 3 separate occasions regarding that stupid feedback glitch and all I get is some generic copy/paste response from their minimum wage customer service reps telling me it is being worked on. Bull**bleep**. This has been ongoing for months now. No fix.
I'm honestly at my wits end with this stupid company. All they do is make selling extremely difficult and inconvenient, and then charge me up the ass for it.

thats a very good point and one that I have wondered about for a long time
the blues will tell you a problkem has been reported and the appropriate teams have been notified
I think the tech people just ignore the blues since they do not report to them
I am sure some groups ignore other groups.......

The only I ever know is by reading the boards - checking the technical boards or here. Other posters confirm issues, etc.
They do not like to admit something is awry. it has been Glitch- City for weeks now.
