I'm trying to send a buyer an offer, but the option isn't there when I respond to his message. he had made 5 offers via "best offer" setting as we were negotiating, but we didn't reach agreement until we started exchanging messages. if a buyer uses all 5 best offers, does that negate the chance for the seller to then make an offer? any insight is greatly appreciated...
