I sold an item and just delivered it to the post office yesterday and PayPal says they have the buyers payment on hold until I contact eBay but didn’t say how or where to do it.

You're a new seller and you can have your funds held for 21 days, but they usually release them a day or two after tracking shows the item was delivered.

As long as the payment is in your Pay Pal account and they say it's ok to ship, ship the item.

Just make sure your tracking is uploaded in the order details.

As a new seller you are subject to holds
