im looking everywhere and there seems to no longer be a option to get a call back for customer support. is there a way to talk to a agent anymore?

This platform has moved phone representation to an outsourced company. Those reps are only reading from a script and have no access to your account, so they cannot help you. You can now contact eBay customer service by sending a private message on social media. Just leave a message, and an eBay employee will get back to you. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem. These are not the CS rep we used to get over the phone either. Best of luck to you....

crazy. i have a dispute that says contact ebay support and then offers no way to do it. makes me lose confidence in ebay...

I completely agree with you regarding using a 3rd party app for a business solution on this platform. I don't use social media at all but that is our only way to get support. Ridiculous!

I have always been able to use "help & contact" to request a call back.
Has that recently been eliminated???????

In the left sidebar are options to contact them. If you only get the chat with automated assistant then in the chat box type AGENT to talk to a live eBay customer service agent or request a call back.
Hours are 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time. If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back.
You can also use the social media contacts already given above as well.

I have nothing but good to say about the FB app. Quick response there, and given accurate information. Think its one of the best things Ebay has ever done. Sure beats calling an outsourced drone that doesnt have a clue what Im talking about.And that I cant understand anyway.

The automated assistant can be used to request a call back, but you must provide some context-dependent keywords to get to the link.

No more communication via live person, this is not looking good for us sellers and specifically eBay. This is bad business. I'm slowly transitioning to other platforms and I suggest others to do the same thing if you care about your business. If ebay doesn't go back to live person agent.

It is not available 24/7. It still exists during certain times.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
