negative feedback for item not received, tracking says otherwise

I've been a seller and buyer since 1998. Got my first neg from a buyer who said they never received the item. The tracking showed that they requested the package be held at the post office then showed it was picked up 14 days later.  Looks like a vacation hold. I requested the buyer revise the feedback and sent in a request to ebay have the feedback removed. Is there a chance that the neg will be revised or removed? I am afraid I did things wrong.

Did you contact your buyer to discuss what the tracking shows?  I would do that prior to sending them a revision request.  If you already sent it, they only have 10 days to respond so if you have time I'd contact them now.

When I look at your Feedback Profile, I see 100%.  Was the neg on a different ID?

It was asking ebay to remove the listing that worked. They removed it within an hour! I contacted the buyer, he never responded. He is on my blocked buyers list, now.
