You can ask the buyer to revise their feedback. Its their prerogative to change it. Ebay won't reverse it because it was the buyers opinion of the transaction/item you sold them. Sell more things to make that negative go to the bottom of the list. You have plenty of positive feedback for other sales.

You can try to make things right with buyer and hopefully they will reconsider the feedback they left for you. Not sure that your response to the Negative is kosher, you can't require the changing of feedback to a refund.

1) When you make your listings private it is not possible to see the original listing so no one can decide whether the problem was you or the buyer.
2) Your reply to the feedback is too much information. No one needs to know all that and your last sentences sound like feedback extortion. All you need to say is something like 'I am sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. You can return it for a full refund.'
Ebay might remove your feedback reply if they think it sounds like feedback extortion - although removing it might actually be better for you because you are giving out too much information in that reply and others may think that they can take advantage of you.

your response is extortion and again the rules man.
If hurts you more than the negative.
Generally best just to not respond to such.

That's one of the pitfalls of being a seller from Sri Lanka dropshipping from China. If you've never seen or touched the product you sold how can the description be truthful?

What??????? Lets be realistic. The percentage is a little low at 85.7% from what appears to be 5 sales to 3 different buyers. Look closely and 3 sales were to one buyer with a feedback of 4.... seems a little coinkydinky....

If you keep dropshipping that junk from China, you might as well get used to negative feedback.
You have no idea what the items look like or what they are shipping to your buyers.

You write your Buyer thru messaging not feedback.
Once you respond to FB, typically e-Bay will not remove the Buyer's FB and this one would not qualify anyway.
Drop-shipping is not a viable online business plan. It only benefits the drop-shipper, not you and rarely the Buyer.

Continue selling Chinese junque and continue receiving negative feedbacks.
