need help!! bank account verification problem

I'm new to ebay and selling cat food!!
things went very well, when i got my first order and the money was "payout" to me, i was very happy about this and then that joy was gone because ebay is now asking me for more information trust to verify and I followed the instructions but it's been more than 14 days and still no response and I called support and got nothing but wait. Most unfortunately there was a problem with an order and the buyer asked me to cancel it but now they have frozen my account how can I return the buyer's money!!

If you dont eBay will return the $ to the buyer.

Just go in and cancel the sale as buyer requested.

If you have no current payouts available, eBay will take the money from your checking account.

Your currently on "time away" but your sold listings look like stock photos. Do you have these items in your possession or are you "drop shipping" from a retailer?
