The magic formula you are seeking does not exist.
A buyer purchases item A because the buyer wants item A, not because you listed items B, C, and D.

If you have 630 listings available, divided by 30 days, you should list 21 per day. This is NOT a magic formula and won't guarantee that you will sell 3-4 items daily.

My plan has always been simple. List as much as you can. The more you list, the more people look, the more people buy.
You are way overthinking this.
And when did eBay add a daily limit?

THIS is the answer you seek.

Kindly explain how your account shows you in the UAE yet your items ship out of Denver, Colorado?
Does this mean if I relocate to Australia that I maintain my original account in the U.S.A.?

He probably drop ships.
There are a lot of overseas buyers that say their items are in the US. Some are, and I have found that some are not...

"I have Inventory in USA and I am located in UAE"
Hmmm, how do you pay taxes in the United States then?
12-19-2021 11:00 AM
I am paying 5% vat for each Item I sell plus I am paying an extra 1.5% because I am located outside the USA
Thanks

you should list 21 per day.
That includes the Fixed Price items that are automatically relisting.
The reason you are encouraged to list every day is that "Newly Listed" is a Search option and new items also get a small boost in Search.
Listing every day may help sales, but there are many other ways.
Personally I like the original Promoted Listings, which allows us to choose the fee we will pay for PL that actually sell.
May I ask where you got the 630 number? That's not a number that I have ever seen used by eBay listing allowances? Does it have something to do with being registered in the UAR and shipping from the USA?
You might also make more sales by reconsidering your Descriptions.
They are very negative and will discourage buyers.
And most of the Description is either covered by eBay's Standard Policies or unenforceable.
And have a friend whose first language is English rewrite the Description. Unfortunately, many Americans get hostile faced with ESL copy.
I guess the 3-4 sales a day is what you need to live on, but remember that retail comes in waves.
My sales of my used paperbacks and sewing patterns drop way down in December, when most of the market is buying Christmas gifts. They bounce back in January.
Sellers dropshipping from China should (in my opinion) be wary of making sales during the Lunar New Year when their suppliers go home to vist granny and their children.
You should also look into opening a Basic Store.
Perks include slight reductions in selling fees.

Many non-US sellers sell on dotCOM.
Many non-US sellers have suppliers in the USA.
Some Canadian sellers sell on dotCOM and ship from the USA by driving goods across the border and use the much cheaper USPS for shipping. Some of those use the US shipping point as the location of the goods to let the buyer know they will not be paying import fees.
Even foreign sellers have the Internet (state) sales taxes show up on our invoices and we pay the same fees as American sellers.
And we pay our national taxes (VAT for the OP, GST for Canadians like me.) to the payment processor (Managed Payments).
And in addition, we pay a slightly higher fee to MP when we accept sales from US residents. Instead of your 2,9% we Canadians pay 3.7% .
And of course, we declare and pay income taxes to our own countries. Someone has to pay for Universal Health Care.

Hi Femmefan
Thanks a lot for your reply and the explanation about US SELLER and Non US Seller,
Reference to your question " May I ask where you got the 630 number? That's not a number that I have ever seen used by eBay listing allowances? Does it have something to do with being registered in the UAR and shipping from the USA?"
Ebay gradually granted me as per my performance and what I knew is when your sell through rate and Click through rate in good health and green you will be eligible for the increment of your sales limit, it has no relation with my location registration at all, ebay gradually increase the limit with 75% of your current limit to encourage you to do more Business on ebay,
I hope I could answer your question and thanks again for passing by and reply my query
