my listing isnt showing

my listing isnt appearing on my profile or on search results. its not because i listed it too recently, it was over 24 hours ago. the item didnt break any rules(i was selling something digitally, which only USED TO BE not allowed). does anyone know what the issue could be?

Hi, there are stringent rules around digitally delivered goods. Below is the policy. Did you follow the guidelines in your listing? But do send us the title and/or item number to see if we can find it.

i found the issue. i didnt know i needed to be approved to sell digitally
