it takes me 28 days to submit the item .then they send me a massage saying this is a vero item ...is thet so ? what do  i   do  for a living ?🙄

Vero is a program for Copyright Holders to tell ebay XYZ cannot be listed except for those that we say they can.

You are not authorized to sell that item.

The fix: Don't sell it here, sell it elsewhere. There is no other help that can be had, here, for you.

You are in Sri Lanka and can not legally accept Paypal funds, (your own countries laws) so you can not sell on eBay at all.
