missing listings

Hello -- Who else is having their listings disappear?   Over the weekend, I had pictures go missing on my unlisted listings and then over two days listings over 60-70 items just disappear from my unsold folder.   These were listings I was holding for first of the month so I can use my free listings.

Hello --- e-bay moderators, can you please bring this to the attention of your tech folks?  Does e-bay delete seller's listings ---- ones in unsold folder - without letting the seller know.  What is their reason for deleting sellers' listings?

Anyone else this happened to before, please let me know how this happens and whether e-bay provided any solutions.  Worse thing, I don't even know what items they deleted since it is not in deleted folder.  Thanks.  Cheers.

It could be that a filter is set.  When going to your unsold folder, click on the Search at the upper left corner of the listings ... make sure that the "period" is either all or 90 days.  

(I have one listing in there from November, so if there is a problem then it is not universal).

thanks - no filter set --- it was there night before and next day 60 plus less --- it was there sunday nite and monday a.m. gone.

I am thinking that it is part of the e-bay issues relating to feedback and many other stuff.  one of sales to WA showed up with sales numbers that included sales tax e-bay collected --- though seller was only paid the cost of the item.   all e-bay should do is set up a liability for sales tax to be collected and relieve the liability when buyer pays for it.  it should not show up on seller's sales numbers.

I remember sellers losing pics last year and I have seen some complaints about listing going missing.  if the seller did not delete, it must be e-bay -- or the system.   thanks for your response.  it would be nice hear back from e-bay moderators --- let's see what happens.

Well, my listings often go missing from the active listings! 

I had 3400 listings and one day I had 3240 or something. They just vanish. It happened once before where I lost a couple hundred. I have called ebay but they claimed it doesn't happen. They are not old or stale listings either. a bunch very very new listings. 

I cross post to another site, and there I have almost 3800 listings because when they disappear from here, they are still over there.

I came across this thread while looking for a reason as to why my listings had also vanished.

We are currently relocating and in doing so I have been doing a massive stock check. To my horror I have found many of our items are no longer listed.
I have also noticed that when I end items to update them at a later date, they too disappear as have some drafts.
I have also noticed quite a few of my listings only have photograph left when I know there should be many more.

I run two stores and this has happened on both.

So much time and effort lost
