Hi there 
 
I am writing to let you know I'm so frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I have received over the past week. Since last Tuesday, I have been facing a critical issue that has completely blocked me from selling. Although I haven't gotten any meaningful response or resolution from you three times via chat with Help and Support.
 
My issue is straightforward but serious: I am unable to see any items listed under their respective categories. I have not made any changes to my settings, yet my products, which were arranged under their categories based on their descriptions, have now disappeared from these categories. This has severely impacted my ability to manage my listings and continue selling on your platform.
 
I have already followed your team’s request and provided the necessary photos showing the issue. Despite complying with all requests, I am left in the same frustrating position with no progress. The lack of urgency and attention to my issue has left me feeling not only neglected but deeply disappointed in eBay’s service.
 
This is unacceptable for a platform that relies on its sellers to keep the marketplace thriving. How am I expected to maintain business operations when critical issues like this remain unresolved for over a week?
 
I am requesting an immediate solution. I need to know what your team is going to do to fix this, and I need this resolved urgently. Your failure to address this issue promptly has already caused significant disruption to my business, and I expect prompt action moving forward.
 
I look forward to your quick and effective.

FYI, this is a community of sellers, just like you.  No one from eBay reads these boards.

 

I went to your page and saw many categories, and when I clicked a category, the relevant items were displayed.

 

Is this what you are referring to?  Or something else?

This is buyers and sellers like yourself.

 

When I look at your store, I see items in categories. 

You are going to need to be a lot more specific for people here to help you.

You are talking about being unable to see items in your store categories, correct?

 

Please remove your phone number from this public forum...

You had a sale yesterday so you are not completely blocked.   Search can be a fickle system.   It is especially unreliable if you are searching for your own products.  AI knows you can't purchase them and may exclude them.

You are not addressing eBay inc here on this forum.  This is a community discussion forum for buyers and sellers.  You are best to contact eBay at the top of the page where it reads "Help & Contact" and go from there.

Are you talking about in the Seller Hub or on the site?

Since you don't ship to your own country, you probably won't see your listings on the site.

You can't see any of your listings?  Have you gone to the Seller Hub and then to your active listings?

This is likely your issue.  Change your location and then see if you can see your listings.  Let us know what you find out.

I did that . I did all what any mind can think about . EBay team are admitting that it is there matter and there is something wrong with my account setting regarding my store account . 
I spoke for 120 minutes today with the customer service and every day they say it will be solved tomorrow and yet tomorrow never comes 

I just need email any one in the senior management in the eBay .

Buyers see a listing when a seller ships to their country. Since you have Jordan blocked as a shipping location and you are in Jordan, you are unable to see your own listings.

 

When you list on .com, the domestic shipping section is for shipping to the US. The international section is for shipping elsewhere, including your own country. In your case, you do have shipping to some countries but you also have some that are blocked.

 

I noticed that you also have free shipping to other countries.  Have you checked to see what your shipping costs are going to be?   One of the items you have is $10 with free shipping? Have you figured out what it is going to ship that item overseas and how much money you will have left over after shipping costs and eBay fees?

You can wait for this, but if you just unblock Jordan and give it time to update your listings.  It can take up to 24 hours to update everything.  But once you do that, you will likely be able to see your listings.
