Hello can anyone help me i cant listing software and i cant sell it 
I want to sell windows 7 or 10 key activision but ebay dosent let me 
How can i sell ?

You need to be aware of the Ebay rules for listing these things.  I believe you have to be a licensed dealer to sell what you want to sell.  

You have a listing up right now that I don't think is Ebay legal.

If you have had any listings removed, you could be on the verge of losing your selling privileges.  

If you keep listings against Ebay rules, you could lose your selling privileges.

Digital goods need to be listed in Ebay classifieds.  I think your items qualify for that.  If you are a new seller, you also have selling limits.

Sorry but you can't list against Ebay rules.

Microsoft says you can't sell it.

eBay says you can't sell it.

If you keep listing it eBay won't let you sell at all.

ANd just because Jimmy down the street is getting away with it doesn't mean you will, specially if they have blocked or pulled it once.

PS Bitcoins are banned on eBay you really need to pull the listing and then go learn the rules of listing things for digital downloads (things you send in an email or give them a link to).

@cynthealee2 is right; Bitcoins are not allowed on Ebay; you are treading on thin ice, OP.

I second the suggestion~~you really need to read the Help Center to find out what is allowed and what is not.
