is there any way to block some states inside the US , Example  if i  want block receiving orders from Nevada, CA, AZ is there any option that i can block these states?

Nearly all of the OP's listings offer Free shipping.

Assuming that the OP is folding the shipping costs into those listings with F/S, maybe, given his issue about the shipping cost, he should quit the free shipping option.

We  live in Georgia (USA) and  have shipped ~45% of our orders (total  items shipped 1527 items) to the Western States.  We ship via USPS priority mail and  have a separate S & H fee.  Don't  use calculated shipping and rarely don't recover all my Shipping/Handling costs.

Ship a lot of stuff in padded flat rate envelopes & small flat rate boxes.

We  ship to Hawaii & Alaska and all US Protectorates - Guam, Mariana Islands, etc.  Not a big deal - same as shipping to  California.
