how to report a seller who is selling a fake product?

need to report it to the manufacturer so they can report it.... if you are a seller.    Ebay is not going to act on seller's reports simply because it could be a competitor trying to mess with another seller.

If you are a buyer, I believe there is an applicable reason in the return options.....and, of course, leaving detailed feedback is also an option........

You can report each item individually by opening the item listing, clicking on "Report this item," and selecting:

Report Category: Copyright and trademark
Reason for Report: Counterfeit item or authenticity disclaimer
Detailed Reason: Counterfeit, fake or replica items
