I purchased an iPhone X. Seller stated in auction that it was in excellent condition. Received phone and the battery is degraded, which seller did not include in listing. They refuse a return. Has this happened to anyone else?

File an item not as described case, go to your listing and use the drop down menu. The seller is responsible to provide you with a return label. If he does not respond, after the third day ask Ebay to step in.His no return policy means bupkis.

If you haven't read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, now would be a good time to do so.

Your seller can not refuse a return or refund, the MBG overrides any policy a seller sets when an item is not as described. The seller must provide you with a return label. If he does not, after the third day go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
