help does anyone find this crazy that you cant get customer service help from a company this size and I pay rent

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.
Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

What kinds help are you looking for there are some real experienced seller on this board that can give more help than calling a customer service call center overseas.
Would you care to post details of your issue? I’m sure someone will offer their advice shortly. I don’t see you have anything for sale? Is this a posting ID?

The best part of the social media Chats (FaceBook and Twitter) is that we get a transcript of what was said to compare with what we heard.
We can also spend a little time writing out a clear description of the problem so the clerk on the other end of the Chat has a reasonable chance of understanding the real question.
Have you noticed that many posters will respond to a single paragraph rant with bullitt points to answer the questions buried in line after line of vague accusations, name calling, political posturing, and misapprehensions that still manage to leave out salient points?

You see, I figured out that Ebay always wants new customers and will give them the red carpet treatment. Based on this premise, I thought how do I navigate the process of receiving live help. Well here it is:
1) Click on 'Buying'
2) Click on 'Buying as a Guest'
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see 'Have us call you'
Simple as that. Now like I said, this is between you and me.

And you'll get "Dan" with a really thick Indian accent who is reading from a script and then giving up and telling you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
If you go find a really long sword and do hari-kari...trust me...it will be the less painful option between the call back Customer Service and hari-kari.

Do you have a store under another ID?
And, maybe you think so, but having an eBay store is in way "the same as rent" although you are free to think of it that way if you wish.
