If you're seriously asking about how to edit the actual time stamp of when your listing went live, it can't be done. That time stamp's purpose IS meant to show when the listing went live. If there's some kind of issue you have with that (and I can't for the life of me think of one aside from an "honestly, I wasn't on the computer then" lie to a spouse) you simply can end and relist/SS (then delete the listing from the unsold file to totally hide your tracks from the spouse LOL).
All kidding aside, we really need more specifics to give you a real answer.

I'm not sure what you are meaning, but if you are trying to change a fixed price from 10 day duration to a 30 day duration after it is launched, then I don't believe you can. You will just need to let it run out and relist if it doesn't sell and change it at that time. I looked at one of your listings but it didn't show me the duration you picked.
As another mentioned, you can't change the time you actually listed the item either after it is listed---not sure why you would want to do that.
If none of this addresses your issue, please come back with some details.

My guess is that the OP is asking how to do a scheduled start. But it's just a guess.
If this is what you're asking about, keep in mind the time is Pacific. I usually start my listings at 6pm Pacific Time, which is 9pm Eastern Time (my time).

A third possibility — and I agree that it's not clear what you mean: If you want your listing to start a certain time, there is an option in the Advanced Listing Form for scheduling the start time. However, it costs extra, so you really ought to have a good reason for using it (as is true of every listing option that costs extra).
So, who wins the trophy for correct guess?

Schelduled start time used to be a dime but it's been free to me for....... maybe a year?

Not for everybody, @johnfduda. I don't usually use a scheduled start time, but I did last month on a handful of items and had to pay I don't remember how much for each which I learned when looking over my invoice. (Won't be doing that again...) 😉

Scheduled listing fee, 10 cents for Store sellers, free for non-Store sellers.
Just another way eBay are trying to get rid of low volume sellers (insert sarcasm emoji here).
