The US Postal Service has let us know that some of your recent shipping labels required a cost adjustment. That means you paid too much or too little for the actual cost of shipping. You can see some of your adjustments below or view all shipping label cost adjustments in your eBay account.
We’ve attempted to charge or credit your account. If we were unable to successfully charge your account, you may see the charge on your invoice.
What you need to get right when shipping your item:

They announced this over a year ago.
I am very glad to see it. I hope they collect a lot of money that is owed to them.
Put technology to use and catch those sellers that are not honest in their package weights.

So did they charge you or issue you a refund though?

I hope they collect a lot of money that is owed to them.
I would also hope that if you "overpaid" they will return the money that is owed to you.

Yes as I said in another thread, shipping should be actual not something you make up or raise and lower each month as you change the price of your listing.
Glad to see it.

If you ship a item boxed and weighed at 1 pound 14 ounces priority mail USPS rounds up to the 2 pound rate. My refund was for $2.79 due to I paid 2 pound rate and it only weighed 1 pound 14 ounces. So I over paid $2.79. I have 32 items shipped this year at the 2 pound rate that were 1 pound something so according to ebay math they owe me $89.28..

1 pound 14 ounces ships at the 2-pound rate. No credit would be due. There are no smaller price increments that would apply. Are you sure you didn't pay for 3 pounds?

No the message even gives the exact weights I also cross checked the listing against other like weight items going to the same areas and all were the same. The shipping labels are printed directly from ebay so I get my crumbs shipping discount and it appears ebay gets the meat...

If this is true, we are all going to be rich soon. I'm not believing it though.
