I sold an unopened authentic designer toys to a buyer. And now he opened it and said I sold a fake toys to him.
Ask for return and refund. eBay approve his request. And I got so mad. I think he was exchanged my authentic toys with his fake toys. Can you guys help me how to resolve this matter. eBays had already took $1000.00 from this sale. If I really need to refund him. I lost my toys, my money. really really sad.
