I just discovered that someone gave me my first negative feedback, saying, "Van is t m u."  It's over 90 days old, so no details.  Does anyone know what "t m u" means?  It ruined my 100% rating, and I didn't realize they were unhappy.

Sellers can only request FB assistance within 30 days to my knowledge @fbusoni . Seller said this is over 90 days old - too late.

If it's true that you've had that negative feedback and not known about it for the past 90+ days, then having your 100% feedback tarnished isn't as big of a deal than you might think.

Don't worry about it and just move forward.

You missed the mark when up you replied to the neg.

Replies should be directed at future buyers, not the person who left the neg. That person will never see your reply.

I'm overly cautious but I would never put my name on a feedback or anything else like that.

Just like you most won't know what T M U means.  Your reply comes off very much like you were blindsided by the buyer. You can't fix something if you don't know what is wrong. And I truly believe you didn't know what was wrong because of your reply. But I would leave your name off next time. End it with a Contact me and let me know what is wrong so I can fix it for you.

Thank you for clarifying... I suppose it makes sense; one should be monitoring things like feedback.

And of course its no surprise that eBay's AI bot thinks "T M U" is standard English usage.
