I just discovered that someone gave me my first negative feedback, saying, "Van is t m u." It's over 90 days old, so no details. Does anyone know what "t m u" means? It ruined my 100% rating, and I didn't realize they were unhappy.

I should have said the small print "now" says they will keep listing it. This is a significant change from the past. They got me once, certainly won't get me again.
