We sent the product to our customer and the customer received the product. But we canceled the order by mistake. We returned the money to the customer. But the customer has received the product. How can we get a refund for the product?

Start by nicely contacting your customer and explaining.  If they care, they will repay you.

You cant, all you can do is offer a return label to your buyer and ask him to send it back. But since you are drop shipping I dont know if thats possible.
