ebay suspended me for 30 days for alledgely selling counterfeit items but yet they refuse to tell me which item was counterfeit. what a joke --- i had over 1,750 items listed and they removed them all --- they flagged a pair of wireless earbuds as counterfeit a month ago (which i received from verizon when i purchased a new iphone so i highly doubt they were counterfeit )--- anyway has anyone posted on bonanza or mercari as i am fed up with ebay not listening or giving seller's an opportunity to respond prior to them taking actions?

Chances are there is more to this story than one set of ear buds, but the we's here can't see what is going on, we are just other buyers and sellers.
eBay kinda frowns on us giving advice about selling on other sites.
Sorry this happened and good luck with your future endeavors.

Thanks --- honestly no more to the story than i said --- they removed the earbuds and said they were counterfeit which was **bleep** --- not sure about the 2nd item as they refuse to tell me but i sell paint, tools and $1 store items so i find it hard to believe any of these items are counterfeit --- i don't sell electronics or items that are fashionable to counterfeit
Thanks

Almost anything can be counterfeited and is......also, just because you bought from a store isn't definitive proof it's not counterfeit......... One of the "scams" for B & M stores is for people to return counterfeits......which are then put back on the shelves...... Clerks don't know enough to recognize them.........

Sorry that it happened to you. My suggestion is to go online and search for ebay's special support number for larger store owners and call it, you will get an American on the line based here and you can discuss it with them. Maybe offer to show the receipts from verizon, any proof they would ask for, or ask if sourcing stuff from certain dollar stores shouldn't be done because they may not be legit pieces...
People have gotten suspended/banned because they are just LINKED to another business that ebay decided they have problems with, and that includes third party vendors and suppliers. So it could have nothing to do with you, other than that.

If you get the number from a Google search it's just as likely you will get a scammers number who will attempt to extract your log-in information.

Suspending you for 30 days means that this has happened MANY times before. Suspensions start with 3 days, 7 days, 10 days and all those are just 'you can't list new things' but the 'existing items' you have listed can remain and you will remain selling those items.
Sounds like you've been warned numerous times for these type issues and/or this 'exact' item and you just 'ignored' it??

Why are you suggesting the OP pretend to be someone they are not. Those numbers are reserved for large store owners not small sellers like OP.
Better answer would be to direct OP to ebay's social media page on Facebook for business. You also get American based employees.

I am not saying he should be anyone other than who he is. If they don't want to talk to him they don't have to. But they probably will. Further this line provides far better and more accurate information than the normal phone help. Since he is dealing with a very serious potentially sales ending issue here, I believe if he can get the best help possible from ebay it can prevent him losing the ability to sell here.
