Your English is very unclear (it may not be your first language), so your concern is not clear to me.

But, every one of your listings is violating US Trademarks, and may be removed unless you change them.  

You cannot use photographs or product descriptions from the manufacturer without their permission ... you must use your own photographs and descriptions.

Sorry for your frustration.  However eBay is not "prejudice or Bias"  they are a business and there may be restrictions or requirements  as to what an individual seller can sell compared to a "authorized dealer"  My guess is eBay was notified by the companies who sell your products and told them to remove it.   Perhaps they may be counterfeit...I don't know. 

Please don't play the race card here on this forum.  This is business...not your personal outlook.  Are you actually located in the US? If not, I would change your location as item location misrepresentation is a policy violation.   You might want to research your inventory as to what can and cannot be sold here so that this take down doesn't happen again.

Life Cell's return policy and its moneyback guarantee appear to require an Lifecell invoice number which one would not obtain from an Ebay purchase.

If your product does not qualify for the guarantee, it is not authentic. Since the guarantee is part of the product.

How could Ebay be "Prejudice" against you, that makes no sense nor does being "bias".  

It appears you may be dropshipping.  It is fine if you do it within the rules of Ebay.  Are you dropshipping?

Your Store name may infringe on the Life Cell skincare company, so you may want to rethink that name to something that fits but doesn't push on being another companies name.  Unless you own Life Cell, then you are just fine.

You should correct your listings as soon as possible that you have Local Pick up on them and no shipping amount to be charged to your buyer BEFORE there is a bid on the listing.  Otherwise it gets more complicated and could end up costing you a little money to fix.
