ebay never protect sellers

some people are very smart, they read and understand all types of cases . So when they want to steal something from sellers , especially from international sellers,  Fraudent buyers choose a reason that the seller not allowed to answer or explain . Sellers have no way to appeal the opened case . Ebay use few reason you can appeal the case  but not all reasons . Another thing is the ebay never allow seller to contact them , look like ebay hiding . Most ebay help customers are not qualify to understand what is going on . They never do any small effort to investigate . This place is unsafe for sellers

Return Is A MUST in our believe  especially when the seller make a mistake like sending differnt item or defective item . Local order always welcome to return . International return due to ( buyer mistake ) or buyer misunderstod or he dont know what he order or JUST he change his mind is also welcome but he should pay for the international return cost . 

We have no issue with the RETURN , we talking about the way ebay treat the seller and force seller to pay for return charge just because the buyer change his mind or not read full discription or not seeing item pictures

When you list items, you agree to Ebays terms and one of them is seller pays return shipping when an INAD is filed.

Sellers are not to crazy about it, but nothing we can do, but not sell here.

we can do nothing that why we stop sell in this joking place  . I believe any buyer can disturb any seller business easly  in on click open NAD case ask to return and refund  and go sleep and let seller stuck with ebay operators  . Ebay never ask  how is the item not as described.  The poor seller will keep paying them return charge

Neither do the other large marketplaces.

Ive never had neither Amazon or Walmart ask such questions.
