Yesterday, ebay restricted my account and asked for photos of my drivers license (for the 3rd time by the way), a bank statement, and "Documentation that shows that you purchased the items recently listed for sale on eBay". Unfortunately, I don't have any documentation of this sort because I'm selling collections that I have had for years and most of the stuff came from yard sales and places where I wouldn't have gotten a receipt anyways. What should I do in this situation?

Get in touch with the eBay employees on eBay's various social media accounts (the phones are subcontracted).
https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/ — Message button in upper right on landing page.
https://twitter.com/askebay?lang=en
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support/m-p/32016431#M1783851 -> Automated Assistant, type AGENT -> enter. You will then get more options.
And you get a transcript to review in case what you heard was not what you were told.

If I had to guess the problem is probably with the Autodesk software.

Yeah, that came with stuff I bought from a company that was cleaning out their IT department. I don't have any proof of purchase for any of it unfortunately. 😞

I see that you have recent sold a lot of Forever stamps at 2/3 of the face value. That's a huge red flag because of all the counterfeit Forever stamps from China that have flooded the "secondary" market in the last couple of years.
In addition to all the Autocad software items.
