Today we received a return back from a buyer. The items were used and broken by buyer. We have called ebay to ask them about their return policy which states clearly items need to be returned in original condition. They told us there is nothing they can do. We told ebay seller support that we can provided pictures. They told us they cannot use the picture as evident. We asked ebay then how they can decide any case with evident. Seller support told us that at least the return goes back to ebay. We told them we can ship them items to ebay for checking. Then she switched her story and told us ebay does not accept any return or items. When pressed them to give answer how they can make decision based on evident, she told us again ebay needs to see the items but ebay does not accept any return or items. Because ebay forced all the sellers to sign agreement that we cannot file lawsuit against them in open court so they can abuse sellers by making any decision without looking any evident and ignore their own policy.

What exactly happened and what did you file? Can you lay it out in chronological bullet points or something like that?

If you filed an INR case in the situation you describe, you should have been protected.

What is the connection between ebay and paypal in your case? Why was the seller's bank denying a request? What request?

I have filed exactly 5 INRs during my ebay time. Each time I have been refunded. You file, you wait for a tracking number, you wait for it to be delivered and if it isnt you win. If you get item delivered and you didnt get it most of the time it is on you for not providing a safe place for a package to be delivered. Rarely the PO mishandles the package and in the rare case the seller is a scammer and sends it to somewhere in your zipcode you can deal with that.

Wherever you go, there you are. Please remember, when you are asked if you are a god, you say yes.

that is impossible. Buyer installed the item and he cracked the product after installation and use. Buyer stated that in the ebay message.

Ebay issued the issue and we believed ebay violated their own policy which states clearly items need to be returned in original condition. If ebay does not use evident to make decision, then ebay create unfair environment and ebay did profit from this such as force seller to provide return shipping label.

do you know how expensive to take ebay to the court alone for small business? If ebay does not take away the class lawsuit, we are sure they are not dare to treat sellers like this. They use legal maneuver to abuse sellers.

If you donot put ebay accountable then ebay wont put these fraud buyers accountable. It needs to end from somewhere. We think ebay is the abuser by refusing provide a way for seller to provide the case with them.

You are just throw out suspension. You can order and we will ship from our warehouse to you. We do wholesale and ecommerce.

same reason, how can ebay tell if the buyer tells the truth. If ebay wants to have the ability to take our money out of our account and refund to buyer, ebay needs to create the system to protect both buyers and sellers. Amazon does much better job. They have SAFE-T claim sellers can use to make claim like items not return in original condition. We can get the reimbursement every time. Amazon does care both sellers and buyers. They create an environment we feel safe to invest with them. NOT EBAY.

You can cover this when the fraud and unfair treatment gets less and less. You need to fight back when ebay is helping grow this fraud culture. That is why we need to put the words out and fight ebay. If we can cause them hurt financially, they will learn and start fixing the problem. Unfortunely, ebay is a fraud and use legal maneuver such as taking away sellers' ability to file class lawsuit against them.
