in 4 cases this quarter, all this month, the buyer who opened the case either received the items after waiting a few more days, or they agreed for me to send them their order again
but then ebay randomly jumped in , closed the cases, refund the buyer in full against their wishes, and gave me a defect.
the screenshots from the cases are equally baffling. each time the buyers last message is either something saying they were happy and got the item, or that they were going to wait for the item to show up.
then one day later its automatically closed without their input by ebay.
my account is going below standard now. i have not been able to reach a real person on the phone, and all my appeals to these defects have been rejected.
going below standard will ruin my account and make my items not show up in best match for months.
please help me someone.

@manhuntgames Use the Help 7 Contact link at the bottom of this page, there is a path to request a Call back, do that and wait for their call. If that fails wait for the Weekly Chat next Wed @ 4 PM EST and post the issue include ALL 4 item numbers for what was originally sold. The ebay support team may be able to investigate it for you.

Closing the cases is done by bots within a certain time period............to stop those........you have to talk to ebay and explain the situation and get extensions. Did you talk to ebay?

Hi, if you let the case time out, it will automatically close in the buyer's favor. If the tracking is not uploaded to the case showing delivery confirmation, it will automatically close in the buyer's favor. When you come to an understanding with a buyer, or their item arrives while the claim is open, the buyer has to manually close the case. If they do not, then you must reach eBay customer service to close it. Below is a link to the policy on how to handle INR claims for your perusal, should you need it.

A perfect example of a premeditated e-bay 'glitch' which is nothing more than a money grab! Pathetic, transparent and proof positive. Seller gets screwed while ebay pockets the $$$$.
