This old, gray haired, 71 yr old guy is gay ... AND transitioning.
I have just realized my gayness, and have yet to 'come out'.
Prove I am not. My wife will swear to it. Gay as a maypole.
Back in 1980 I applied to a state University for admission.
I was turned down because I am white, and male ... they needed to fill a quota.
The next time applied, I was Native American.
And, I was accepted.
In my junior year I was 'caught'. Called into the Deans office and accused of lying on my application. I pointed out that since I was born in the United States, I was a "native" American, by definition.
So was anyone born in Canada or South America ... all of us are "Americans" because America is a continent, not a country.
My lawyer wrote them saying that if they booted me he would sue the ^%$* out of them.
They left me alone, and changed the wording on the ap to say 'Native American Indian'.
Yea, that was me.
And I graduated early and with honors. (Not bad for a racist white boy, eh?)
Now that you've defined the problem, think about a solution that fits within the parameters of that problem.
