eBay sales have dropped to 0 recently. Something bad is happening on this sales site. I believe this happens to a lot of sellers. I wonder if the move to the new payment method has caused this low volume sales to all the sellers 😓

Personal experience - eBay said join MP, i was against it so did not join as long as i could. During that period if about 5-6 months sales were really down.
Then eBay ended all of my listing and i did ''sell similar'' all of them.
In about 2 weeks sales went up and kept going up until about little over a week ago.
Do o get views? Yes. Do i blame eBay for recent drop in sale? No. Do i blame eBay for previous drop in sales? Yes.
Managed payments - it does not affect your sales, may even be an increase since buyers can use more payment options now.
Yet not everything is all right. There are constant bugs/glitches on eBay that prevent buyers from paying. That may be related to Managed Payments yet i don't know the specifics.

Since November I had daily sales, 1-5 items each day. Last week I had no sales for a 7 day stretch, now I have a sale a day. but waiting on payments to go through.

After being a seller on eBay for over 22 years , doing well, and selling everything I listed, I moved to the no. 2 auction site, ebid.net, Why? Ebay is a company, and as a company, is out there to make money. As they grew, they need more money coming in. They have focused their attention on placating the Power Sellers and high dollar listers. The losers are the small sellers that got ebay going 25+ years ago. They don't want the small seller business any more because it costs them more to maintain than they make. They have cut some of the services and benefits they provided and have nearly the highest listing fees to drive out the small sellers. The Managed Payment program, which was the last straw for me, was the result of ebay learning the tricks of the trade from owning Paypal for a few years. I believe ebay is also trying to get out of the auction business altogether and just sell using "buy it now" to better compete with Amazon. It's sad to see ebay going this way because they had (and probably still have) the biggest audience of buyers, and now buyers must search a bunch of different sites to find what they want.

YOU JUST NEED TO SET YOUR PROMOTED LISTINGS RATE AT 20% OR ABOVE AND YOU WILL GET SALES AGAIN.
YOU CAN RUN AN ADVANCED PROMOTED LISTINGS CAMPAIGN AS WELL. SET YOUR DAILY BUDGET AT $100 OR MORE.
YOU CAN ALSO GO TO THE ATM MACHINE AND WITHDRAW ALL OF YOUR CASH AND BURN IT.
EITHER OR

I never noticed the area aspect for sales, but now that you mention it, I do have proof of that. I was going along fine. All before and through the pandemic, my views were fine, now they have slowed right down. I’ve noticed a decline in sales about 3%. I only keep a store at about 1700 items. It’s a part time thing. It used to pay like a part time job too. Now it fluctuates a lot! I guess I will try relisting items I have. I also noticed when I go into old listings they are pretty messed up. Missing shipping info or categories/specifics, etc. Going through them can’t hurt. Just takes more time!

Just curious: Can you name a company that IS NOT "out there to make money"?
