I received a message from Ebay that stated Ebay has cancelled a bid from
the buyer after they paid for an item. It shows they paid and that I
have not shipped the item! I hope this does not hurt my Top Rated Status

Not sure where we are at on this subject. I have a Basic Store and have
about 2800 items listed, so I know when they relist every month that
counts. The app shows an extra 10,000 listings in certain categories.
Any idea what the “Certain Categories” ...
Don’t give in to promoted listings. I have about 2000 listed. It used to
be a good paying part-time job. My sales used to be about 8% of my
inventory, now they are at 4%. I know this is the slow time but 8% was
the lowest last year. we shall see

On mobile app Ebay not recognizing my PayPal buyer payment option. Can’t
finish a listing on mobile app. Have to switch to PC to add package and
shipping service. Then it’s fine to list the item.
