So, we supply the Auto Interchange for the parts being purchased.. ALL INFORMATION is in the listing for the AKA seller protection under Motor's guarantee fit program , AND GUESS what, WE still loose money..
With ALL the interchange information available IN THE LISTING , buyers are still able to order the INCORRECT part for their application and we ( sellers ) are still held responsible for THEIR MISTAKE.
So we still LOOSE our original shipping charges << DUE TO BUYER'S INCOMPENTANCE ,
This is just getting too stupid..

How is that different than other marketplaces ?
I see no difference.

They are dependent on the buyer to know what kind of car they have. "A blue one" isn't going to help this program work.

I agree with you. I've worked in the automotive and marine service industries for over 40 yrs.
There are SO many nuances to getting the average 'do-it-yourselfer' the right part even when they're standing in front of you. Many are clueless and will argue incessantly that you 'sold them the wrong part', when they supplied misinformation about the vehicle application out of their own ignorance.
So, now on top of that, ebay takes it's moronic approach to the auto parts business, and here we are.
I doubt any of these corporate idiots have ever so much as pulled a hood release, and they've created a nightmare as a result. Great....
