I recently had a customer who had a eBay money back gurantee so I’m asking if it’s possible to win a case for eBay money back gurantee.

That is a big question that you offer no details for. It is also a policy that covers quite a few different subjects. So you really need to be more specific in your question to get an answer that is meaningful and accurate.
Hopefully you have studied this policy. As I said, it is long and covers a lot of subjects but it is also extremely important for ALL sellers to learn it and understand it.

As mam98031 stated we need some more information in order to provide any kind of advice. Most of your listings are local pickup only and you do not accept returns so need to know which item this was, what kind of claim the buyer opened or if they just messaged you. I am guessing this is a return request since you don't ship items. What was the reason for the return?
There may be some interesting complexities if this was in fact a local pickup with regards to returning the item.

Fortnite doesn’t allow its in game items to be sold for real world money (it’s in their TOS) and you have to be pre approved by eBay to sell electronically delivered items.
Without a tracking number proving physical delivery of a package, you will lose an item not received dispute and significantly not as described disputes almost always end up in favor of the buyer so I’d say you’re up the proverbial creek.

"I sell digital items here and I have clear proof the guy received his item."
Let this be a learning lesson not to sell digital items on Ebay or any website because of the high risk of being scammed. On Ebay sellers are required to either have a tracking number or a code for pick up. If you just message a digital code to a buyer for digital access that's not enough proof for Ebay or other platforms. Your buyer has a money back guarantee and can basically get there money back no questions asked. You will not win the case. You will lose the case and Ebay will refund the money. You should have read the policy in regards to digital.

Really what proof do you have? Unless it's a tracking number showing delivery you are up that proverbial creek without a paddle.

What kind of proof do you have? That matters.
Have you read the policy on selling digital items? If necessary, Are you approved by Ebay to sell digital items?

There is no protection on digital items because
it is impossible to prove, in the case of an INR, that the item has been received and ,
in the case of a Not As Described, that the disputed item has been returned.

Well what about the sellers who are scamming the gaming companies by illegally selling the items in the first place.
