I would like to have this matter investigated by EBay. I started an investigation on Reveb, but they want the investigation kept secret even from me. That was my first and last purchase from them. I hope EBay will investigate this matter, because if people like this are allowed to maintain business on eBay I would not want to take the chance purchasing from eBay. This seller Pro Tech 1960 (Joe Consoni) sold me a Fender vintage Stratocaster case on 6/13/21. I had been in contact with the seller messaging minutes before my purchase. I was sent confirmation of sale by Reverb at 7:01pm, and at 7:05pm the sale was terminated by the seller.
Seller reason for canceling after sale was finished, “basicly they take payment hold it a few days make sellers pay for shiping then relesase pay days later its all about makin ..on intrest not fair.but thats the new policy.”, and “I have a few items only threw an invoice i cant do the 3-5 day wait on pay..thing”.
Things that seem wrong. From Seller “theres no t x just lil fee for invoi..” not true there is tax”. I sent seller this message, “I don’t get it? Why have me purchase it, and then 4 minutes later put me in the position of having my money held for a week or more?”, but received no reply. When I went to look at the listing again on Reverb it was sold. That night it was still is for sale on EBay that night? Then it was off then then on today.
