Best offer & condition resetting after the category updates last month

Has anyone noticed that since the category updates your "best offer" has been reset to "no"?Also the condition was reset as well?As I am updating my listings I have noticed this on most if not all of the items in the postcard category.

Is there a way to see what the top sellers are by category? If I look at my selling insights I can see how many sellers there are in the same category as me, who I'm selling more than, and who I'm selling less than, but it doesn't seem to tell me who...
