So I sell many products on different ebay accounts and all of them are up to date on fees and have outstanding performance. This account I made was for toys. Before anyone says they tell you the reason they banned the account... this is the message I have received. Which is unclear and very vague. Also I have called them several times to try to resolve the issue they stated "we can not disclose that information".

Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.

This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.

The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, select Help & Contact at the top of most eBay pages.

Those are feedback given to them as a buyer for multiple purchases from same seller, duh! Why has your topic of being banned by ebay turned to attacking others? Maybe you should quit while you are behind.

No normal sellers have that many orders, and upon seeing your listings I see things like:

Oh but one is "arthritis" and the second one for "Tendinitis" and the other is "unisex," like seriously?

You have what I call duplicate listings, quite a few sellers on ebay spam up the search results with these things, I'm not here to look into this but many of those same sellers have literally hundreds upon hundreds all the SAME ITEM one after the next with just one word or in some cases ONE CHARACTER different in the title! In fact you may be one of these sellers, only I'm not looking through all your listings to see... Granted, this account "only" has ~700 items listed which isn't as bad as some that have like tens of thousands or what have you but...

Buyers such as myself get REALLY tired of this.
Buyers such as myself DO report these, even thou it seems to never do any good.

But enough of that, here's another:

I'm not even going to expand on this one... But I think between duplicate listings (and more than one or two that could maybe be said was an accident), unpaid fees from the past that I think you only "forced" your partner to pay AFTER ebay came after you, and the few little snide replies to people here, they're only trying to help... They are not fighting you, they want to help but if you don't want to listen...

I think we know why your account was suspended, even if they weren't specific in telling you the reason, however ebay DOES state in their suspension message the actual REASON (and it is almost always very simple, like 2-3 words, so simple it's easy to overlook but it's there).
So read again your final suspension message, the one where this all started, the first account that was permanently suspended, THAT message contains the REASON. Now, every other account simply gets suspended because they are associated with that first one.

Lots and lots of duplicates...weird tho the page says 749 items but only a few come up. They just end mid page. OP, you say you are not a drop shipper but 350 packages? How big is your garage? How do you get all those packages in the mail? Does the USPS send a truck for you?
