So I sell many products on different ebay accounts and all of them are up to date on fees and have outstanding performance. This account I made was for toys. Before anyone says they tell you the reason they banned the account... this is the message I have received. Which is unclear and very vague. Also I have called them several times to try to resolve the issue they stated "we can not disclose that information".
Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, select Help & Contact at the top of most eBay pages.
We removed the following listings:
Thanks,
eBay
Any advise?

I wish I could but that is all the information I have

did someone hack into 1 of your accounts? maybe that's why. I'm only a buyer not a seller so I'm taking a guess.

That is a possibility that I have not considered... But without eBay support letting me know I have no way of finding out or even know who to talk to about this. Thank you for the suggestion though.

You may not have been a drop shipper but you looked like one. Not sure if this is the reason but from the stock images with flags and USA seller everywhere it has the telltale signs.
Drop shipping and product sourcing | eBay
"Drop shipping, where you fulfill orders directly from a wholesale supplier, is allowed on eBay. ... However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay."

I am not a drop shipper would you like me to take a photo of my garage?

Then it would be useful to add pictures to your listings that show your items in your garage, or in some other way that shows you actually have it in your hands.
Dropshipping is allowed IF the seller has a contract with his supplier.
Dropshipping items that are only purchased after the eBay sale from an unknowing supplier is not allowed.
And your active account is likely to be closed too, according to what the Message is saying.

It's nothing you have to prove to me it's eBay. And they don't need pictures, they use other methods including electronic trails.

Just out of interest how come it shows the below top rated & your supposed to be one of their most reputable sellers and they suspend you? Exactly how many different ebay accounts are all associated with this one? They may think your drop shipping when you are not. Drop shippers often have several ebay ids linked and use stock pictures. Even if your not drop shipping perhaps they think you were but that is just a stab in the dark. They really should be clear on why and tell you the suspension reason so you can get your account back. The account seems to be still active with 28 items for sale. Looks like people can still buy from you? By the way some items say free shipping in the pic but have a shipping charge
One of eBay's most reputable sellers.

The account was 3 days old and there was no sales on it. Even with electronic trails I have never drop shipped on ebay with or without contact of a supply. Any other suggestions?

Ok let's see here one for my sporting good, one with my partner for sporting, one for party supplies, the new one I opened. This account is not the one that got banned, the account that got banned isn't even able to post in the community of eBay... Thank you for checking the listings but I just double checked to make sure my shipping is free. There would be no reason for me to charge for shipping at the prices I sell my items.

However shipping international there is a charge

Generally, when ebay says you can no longer buy or sell on the platform, it isn't only that account that is banned - YOU are banned, and everything else associated. Once the 'bots get their teeth into that, there doesn't seem to be much that will change that (possible to keep inept 'humans' from changing it).

As much as I know that is true, I don't think I need to say this but... It seems like they got the wrong persons information on me
