Where is the HR department phone number? Does anyone have an HR contact for eBay?
I need to file a report on their online employees for illegal tampering with my online store and refusing to payout funds for services provided to their customers, going on almost two weeks. Customer Service is refusing to fix the technical issues with my account.
Thank you, David.

I read through this discussion and I wouldn't use the word "intentional" to describe the harm done. I'd say "ignorant" is a better fit.
When it comes to issues like this, eBay processes are not seller-friendly. eBay is pretty bad at getting to the bottom of things like this and communicating with the seller. It's an even bigger problem when only one or a small number of accounts are affected because the issue doesn't get priority.
I'm just guessing- but I think what happened here is that eBay had no idea what was going on. When you brought it to their attention it required first getting the issue escalated to someone that could help. Then that person had to get in touch with the correct internal and 3rd party (Adyen) contacts to figure out what was happening to you and how to fix it.
The good news is that the person at eBay who got the answer for you in the end also came through with a solution for expediting the fix process. The length this went on was too long. Even so- you got this resolved a lot quicker than those that don't bring in such high dollars. Many never get answers- they give up and leave or downsize their business on eBay.
This was obviously an issue beyond the typical re-verification we all had to go through with Managed Payments. So sorry you had to go through it- but glad to see that you're in the resolution phase of it. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

Why would eBay employees tamper with your account?

Hi, you might try eBay's Facebook for Business. Customer service there is said to be excellent.
What kind of tampering did the rep do? Maybe someone here can help.

That is the question I have for HR. The three customer service agents and their Leadership (Rachel), are all saying different things about my account and why after 6 years my payouts suddenly stopped a week and half ago for no reason. The last person yesterday said it was internal errors that they had never seen before. When I mentioned to them that it looks intentional and malicious they went silent. As of today, no word on fixing my profile or account and even my bank is baffled with eBay deposit team. The fact that it is taking this long, and that they tried to tell me I had to verify information weeks ago with no communication is what leads me to believe that it could be internal sabotage....but that is why I am asking for HR or someone in eBay to do a separate investigation.
People, this could happen to anyone.

Customer Service and/or Technical Support is refusing to fix the technical issues with my account and are "unable" to release any of my funds that have been accruing since last week, going on a week and a half. Since last Monday.
Thanks by the way, I messaged eBay's Facebook for business for assistance. Hopefully, someone reaches back out to me.

What kind? The kind that a tech-savvy person could do and put a filter on a profile that would cause a bank processing error not visible to the eye right away and call it a, "banner error" or "verification process error".

Spoke with my bank, a major U.S. one, will not disclose of the name. They said that I needed to report to my collections department in my bank and they will handle the rest if they are withholding any funds that are owed.
Anyone who is reading this and needs their funds issued, and has a U.S. bank, just call or message the collections department within your banks offices with your evidence and show them documentation of your requests for help and they will take care of the rest.

To those that don't believe eBay has or had a few vindictive employees, I would say otherwise. I could tell the whole story that went on for a couple of years, but yes, I proved to eBay after tons of messages, emails to corporate and getting my attorney involved communicating to their legal department, in my opinion, this is what I experienced. They never admitted it, as one would expect, but the problem mysteriously went away after my attorney got involved. Even a supervisor admitted that it sure looked like what I suspected. Humans are unpredictable for what ever reason. Every company has the bad apples. eBay is no different with thousands of employees that can't be watched 100% of the time.

Hope you get it resolved.
Find it difficult to believe they singled you out of the thousands and thousands of US Sellers - how much are they holding?
Rogue e-Bay employees holding payouts randomly? Or are you saying you were a specific target??
You should do an interview with Ina.

To the topic:
Holds can be placed on payment for more than one reason. High dollar amount usually are held to protect mostly eBay, and or by the payment methods to cover them...
As for the re-verifying of accounts it does and will happen....
Other security issues can also place holds on payments which seem to be due to MP and are not....

It is not ebay, it is your bank. Operating and security systems were updated over the summer for several major banks and companies due to changes OS and Google updates.
My Sons and husband, including one CTO have spent the summer pulling their hair out.
Ebay does not have anything to do with the money or money processing. They outsource it to Aryden a well respected company that is PCI compliant

If anyone wants to make an educated comment instead of attacking the very nature of my posting, that would be great. Businesses are affected by withholding funds, I don't care how big or small it is. Whether it is 1 day or 1 month, $ does affect every business. When the communication breaks down for several users (I have seen similar posing's on this for a year), it is no longer an issue with the user's, but the actual system is broken itself. There are thousands of sellers who just have to re-verify every day? Sellers who have the same bank account or information for years? I understand that they need to be updated or re-verified - I am talking about communication. We all spend a ton of $ paying up-front fees, we should be receiving better accounting and technical support. Lawsuits and legal battles do change the system because it's then it's their $.

You are still way off topic.
COMMUNICATION, is eBay's job. You can say all the fancy names and providers, I am talking about service. I am talking about damage to a company after those payouts have not been made for several weeks with no explanation other four different explanations from different members (to include their Leadership team: Rachel).

I agree with you on the communication with eBay, and the payment system communication needs a lot of work.
Way to many users having problems with such: and since MP has been going on for a few years: it should not be that way...
Yet it is....

Thank you. And the only way they are going to change anything is if someone like me drops a million dollar lawsuit on them.
