I may have missed an update or article but when I went to eBay for business today it looked like that Facebook user was no longer available. It was the main way I communicated with eBay (as I believe there phone support is third party?) when I had a question. Is there a new method of communication or are we unable to communicate with eBay now?

Wow - I guess I never looked into just straight eBay as a Facebook user. I will add them now. Hopefully they reply to messages in a reasonable timeframe. Thanks so much.
