You posted yesterday that your account was suspended.  You can change your profile name but your account will still remain suspended.  Please don't try to to create another account, that will become suspended as well.

No, it won’t affect your account. Ebay will affect you account with incompetent IT crashing the site every other month but changing you picture won’t.

It was restricted and now they reinstated im really about what they did
