What ever happen to 'Require immediate payment with buy it now' ? Ever since eBay forced me to use the new listing format I can't find the option to choose immediate payment. Someone just bought one of my BIN listings but has not paid for it and when I try to send them an invoice I get "Sorry, all of your items are vehicles listed on eBay Motors and cannot be invoiced". My item is an OBDII scanner, not a vehicle. Am I missing something?

I made a call to eBay and found it! It's now under Preferences - Edit all options - Payments managed by eBay - Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now

With the new listing tool there are several things they moved from the old form into your seller preferences. Just getting used to the new tool and have not actually listed anything yet as I am going through finding what I need to adjust.

Yes - just 1 of the many lovely enhancements. Not!

Thank you for bringing this up! I recently added a few items using the new listing format. I had to go back and revise each one, not realizing I had not checked this option because it is now hidden.
I guess I will have to spend some time checking out all the "edit all options" for each section to make sure I did not miss something else.

Thank you for posting this!
I had no idea I'd recently listed/revised several BINs with IPR missing. Somehow I didn't imagine that this vital option would be hidden 2/3 clicks down.
Stupid me. I had forgotten that this is eBay's new, ghastly improved listing tool.
Off to spend time revising instead of getting any more new listings created.

Thank you! But i need more help. How do i get to this setting?

You have to click on the "Payments managed by ebay" to select IPR and yes, you know have to do it for every listing which is absolutely ridiculous.

How do i get to that "Preferences" screen?

It is almost all the way to the bottom. Once you get there click on the "edit all options."

Thank you!
One last question. Is there any easy way to scan all my listings to make see which listings do/don't have IPR turned on?

I don't know if there is a way to do that. I checked all my previous listings that I did before the listing form change and they were ok. It was just the new listings that I had to change.
