Identity your problem, select Chat and request an Agent. You will receive a call back.

Note - there is a notice in effect that due to the volume if requests there will be an abnormal delay in receiving a call back.

Since there are automated processes for most common problems, you might get a faster response if you post your issue here.

If you are looking for some sort of exception from a policy, there are none, and the customer service reps will be less knowledgeable than many of the people who post here.

Click contact us. Then go to the chat box. Then type in your problem. Say agent please. Then have an Ebay agent call you.

There is no direct phone number for ebay.  If you found a number  online , it's a scam.  You can request a callback through the 'help and contact' column at the bottom of this page, or better results are obtained through ebay for business on facebook. 

Or you can post your issue here, where many knowledgeable community members can offer advice.
