eBay Bucks Program

Hi.  I've been selling/buying on eBay for a number of years now.  Most of my business is toys from the 50s-70s, and it used to be, that I would earn eBay bucks on purchasing these various items.  I cannot remember the last time I have earned any bucks from my toy purchases.  I'm older, so I don't keep up with everything, but if anyone could provide insight as to whether this program has changed, I would appreciate it.  Thanks!!

They changed the program back in April. It is now designed to award bucks for specific promotions.

If you buy items during a promotional period, which is usually just a few days, you can still earn them. And they are good for a year, instead of 30 days.  No big deal if you can't earn them.

Yes, it has changed.  Only specific categories earn ebay bucks.  Many have been removed and no longer apply.  Yeah, it stinks...but what are you gonna do? It's their playground and they make the calls.

Giveaways from every entity is eventually discontinued and does not last forever.
